condyloma with focal atypical metaplastic changes....

I recently had a colposcopy done and the diagnosis for my cervix biopsy was "Condyloma with focal atypical metaplastic changes consistent with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia-II." But on the record they gave me there is also a microscopic description that says nothing about Condyloma, though it does say there were changes consistent with HPV. So my question is, does HPV necessarily mean Condyloma? Does this mean that I have genital warts?
