It was initially diagnosed as a varicose vein. Lately it has grown into a huge uncomfortable swollen area. My OB-GYN was convinced it was a lymph node. The CT Scan came back with "everything normal" (which is an incredible relief) BUT, I am still left with this mass of swollen tissue. The doctor could offer no reason for the swelling and simply wants to re-check in one month. What could be causing this, should I worry about a cyst or infection?
