Cassandra, Please know there is NOTHING wrong with having irregular periods. It can be very common. You have nothing to be embarrassed about. Simple hormone therapy can usually fix it. Tell your aunt your concerns about her violations of doctor-patient confidentiality. Tell your parents you want another doctor. Secondly, small breasts do not constitute an abnormality! That's your body shape - love and appreciate it no matter its shape. Don't get caught up in the mindset of a "perfect body". Small breasts are perfectly normal. I am very small-chested & nursed three babies for over 6 years with no supplementation. You are only 15, give yourself time. Watch these extreme diets, especially now, you are still growing. The body needs a balanced diet. If you give up carbs and only eat protein, you set yourself up for heart disease unless you are very careful about the proteins you eat. Enjoy your food, get your body moving everyday (whether just walking instead of driving, running or gym workouts), stay away from sugared sodas & drink lots of water. You will establish a healthy lifestyle that will carry you throughout your whole life.

Please help me on this, and if you can give me some info on the causes and cures for this i would be delighted. I am embarassed to talk to my doctor because she is my aunty and is not a very secretive person. I am sorry to bother you with this but i am very very worried. Thank you for your co-operation. God Bless. >> >>Cassandra
