Curious, I'm not a doctor, but I think it's time you see another one for a second opinion. I've noticed your posts before- lots of symptoms including fluid in the pelvis, sudden unexplained weight loss, a growing cyst (s) in the pelvis. What's with the endless ultrasounds that never seem to provide a definitive diagnosis? There are tests beyond ultrasound, which I think you should press for, or see another doctor. For the life of me , I don't understand the "wait and watch" approach in a post menopausal woman; if anything it would seem one would be MORE alarmed to see these symptoms in an older woman.
