I have the same occasionally. And my problem is different than what
Curious wrote. I have herniated discs in the spine. This can cause
these types of symptoms. So can a nerve injury to the area. Have you
fallen recently or felt like something 'popped'? This is very
uncomfortable and I hope you find out what it is soon! In the meantime,
use ice to help!
