It would be wise to see a doctor immediately, if it is an STD usually they have to be present or active for proper diagnosis. I would set something up for the next day, two to three weeks is too long for one bout of razor burn but you never know. Go to your doc. just to be sure, better safe than sorry if you don't know and do have an STD it's very probable to pass this on to others you are in sexual contact with. Good luck and God bless.
