Have you been pumping to keep up your milk supply? Babies can be reintroduced to the breast. It will take time, patience and help from an expert. Find a local La Leche League leader. Call the hospital where he was born to see a lactation consultant. It can be done, don't let them discourage you. If it doesn't work out the way you want, you can still provide the wonderful benefits of breastmilk by pumping. Check out the group "pumpmoms" on http://www.yahoogroups.com. All women who pump for their children, whether thay exclusively pump or pump so can return to work. Another good internet source is Marie Davis (do a search for her home page) - she's a fantastic lactation consultant who will give advice and recommendations via e-mail. She helped me a lot.

Good luck. Get help SOON.
