On 200mcg thyroxine daily, but I've never really noticed any improvement in symptoms. Last blood test a few months ago showed normal levels, but recently symptoms have got much worse - freezing cold all the time, sleeping much more than usual, dry skin, etc. Taken temperature throughout the day on several occassions - usually 36.2C or lower.
