I'm 60 yo, post menopause 10 years. A simple cyst has been found on my left ovary 5 cm x 4 cm x 4 cm by CT scan and July ultrasound and a tiny cyst found on the right ovary 9 mm x 8 mm x 7 mm in additon found on an August ultrasound. The consensus has been to just wait and see and monitor via ultrasound every 3 months from now on. So what? It is safe to live w/these cysts and do nothing???
