An OBGYN Question...

I just got a letter today from my insurance company stating that I'm due for a check up, and I have to have this check up done within 90 days. Among this check up is a mammogram which they recommend women between the ages of 35 to 39 to have. I'm currently 38 going on 39 sometime this coming month ( October). My question is this, do OBGYN doctors check breasts and do mammograms?
