the features of the cysts on ultrasound with level of CA125 should be available with availabilty of frozen section during the surgery because if malignant you will have both ovaries and uterus removed.if benign removal of ovaries is less likely particularly the right one since ovarian tissue could be reserved,with the large one usually it is difficult to reserve ovarian tissu
