With cysts on your ovaries you are not likely to concieve they can do laser surgery in which it should take all the cysts off . If not you may have to have another laser surgery done.And after this you ovaries and cervix should be cleaned so called and this is when you will be most likely to get pregnant.I had this surgery done and 2 weeks later I was pregnant with me second child..Best wishes and good luck ...
