1/25 for a women at 46, from the data I saw. Of course, having a nuchal fold test or another screening test such as the triple test will give you a better idea of risk for a particular pregnancy, as opposed to just your age. Another problem you will face is just getting pregnant in the first place. You may have to seek fertility treatment. I have heard talk, although I don't know in what developmental stage this is, of chromosomal disorder (downs, edward's syndrome and so on) screening tests in IVF but you'd have to research that.
