Im not a DR but i have no thyroid glad, removed for cancer in 1990. I take a very high dose of thyroid meds to stop any tumor from growing. So i can help you with how it feels to have to much or to little thyroid. Hypo- NOt enough thyroid - Muscle and joint pains, very very tired, appetite slows down and digestion slows, constipation, brittle nails and hair starts to fall out, cold intolerence, heavy period Hyper- I get heart palpatitions, shaky, heat intolerence, hyper- can not sit still, cant sleep, loose weight a few pounds,
