Angelle, it is quite possible to react to semen in such a way as to have a burning sensation. This usually due to an infectious process of the male genital tract, which, of course, would change the quality of the semen reaching the vagina. As to an allergy to semen--at least one man's semen-- this is not very common but it cannot be ruled out. Most importantly, a checkup with a Urologist by your boyfriend as well as a study of his seminal fluid and sperm would help a great deal.
