CIM3 questions...

My fiance is getting conflicting information regarding whether she should go through a Leep proceedure v. a cryo (freezing) procedure to eradicate her CIM3. One OB/GYN recommends the freezing because of the lessor risk of infertility and post-procedure being able to carry a baby to full term. The other OB/GYN recommends the Leep procedure...Are there any studies that compare the results of these two procedures and is there any other procedures or recommendations to consider.
