17.5cm cystic massFrom: janet (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 23 Sep 2002 12:57:37 -0500 (CDT)
Had ultrasound last week showing 17.5cm x 9.5cm x 7cm 'cystic mass' clear fluid filled, no mural nodule one or two marginal septations or invaginations. Hysterectomy 9 yrs ago for adhesions, four children. I don't understand what half of this means - cancer?? is that possible. Is surgery the only way to go I've had four (two Csections, tubal & hysterectomy) and don't want any more. Pain in back, legs, pelvic area tender. Is there no medicine can shrink this?
