Hello, I am a 30 year old woman who has never been sexually active. I have been having some problems with pelvic pain (mostly center and rigt side) and I'm kind of confused. About 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with PID and an ovarian cyst and given antibiotics. I have also been diagnosed with endometriosis and had it removed 3 times so far. Since completing the antibiotics, the pain keeps getting worse & worse...I just saw my gyn today and had a vaginal ultrasound done...the tech didn't see any evidence of PID, but he did see free fluid and several "follicles" on my right ovary...he said it did not look like a polycystic ovary....they were both kind of stumped as to what was going on. My gyn said I didn't have PID because it never affects just one side. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
