Clomid/UTI/Yeast Infection

I am on my first cycle ever of clomid (clomiphene citrate)(taken cd 3-7) and have come down with a yeast infection that did not respond to diflucan (took diflucan 1 week ago on a hunch (culture yesterday was + for candida)so my dr. put me on terazol .8% vag suppositories. Today is cd 9. I hope to be done with my 3 doses before ovulation, but if not will the medicine interfere with conception? How long after intercourse should I wait before taking the medicine to optimize my chances?

2. Have you seen in practice or in the literature an increase in yeast infections with clomid?

How often does diflucan not work? Is ther terazol unlikely to work because the diflucan didn't?

3. I also (lucky me!) have a UTI for which I am taking 500 mg Cipro bid. (Dx at the same time a the yi) I am allergic to pennicillin, have a hx of antibiotic resistant UTIs which quickly become kidney infections and bactrim doesn't agree with me so Cipro is the best option. The RE says no problem taking Cipro, but I worry bc I know its contraindicated in pg. I know you can't prescribe or tell ME not to take meds prescribed, but in your practice, in theory, do you let you patients who are ttc take cipro around the time of ovualation?

One more question, will taking cipro make curing the yeast infection more difficult?
