Hi:
I've had this on and off over my whole life - I never thought much of it
and seeing as it doesn't hurt, I never saw it as important enough to
mention. Feels like your entire body got a shock or something and
jumped off the bed about an inch, right? I've had it happen more than
once a night.
I think some people just get it, and it's probably quite common. Best
