Hi Curious:

Of course I'm not a Dr. I've seen some of your posts, but I'm going by my perimenopausal memory here, so forgive me if I'm incorrect:o) If I do remember corectly, I think you have a cyst or other type of adnexal mass, some amount of free fluid in your pelvis, and Crohn's? Post menopausal bleeding too?

Curious, please have the surgery now. I understand your concerns regarding your bowel, but putting this off may be more than just harmful to your health. The feeling of fullness can be associated with a large cyst, but the wieght loss, especially when combined with everything else is quite concerning.

Please forgive me if I am being too forward; you seem to be a very intelligent woman so why put off what you must suspect will have to be done sooner or later? The longer you put it off, the more complicated the surgery might become and the worse the prognosis may be. If you do it now, you may end up like me, with "benign" as the happy ending.

Very best wishes.
