Hi Christine,

I am not a doc. Yes, would you are describing maybe perimenopause. However, any unusual bleeding patterns and pain should be checked out with your gyn to make sure it isn't anything else going on.

The increase in headaches can be related to perimenopause too. Talk to your doc about these too, they might be able to help.
