Hello, I am so sorry about the pain and misery you are going through. My delivery was very painful, too. Like you, my bottom swelled a lot prior to delivery, so that when my baby came out, she did a lot of damage (4th degree tear, internal tearing). I also had repair surgery which was 4th degree. I was in pain for months. Granted, I did not have problems with blood supply like you have, but it was still very painful. I'm afraid I cannot offer much advice to you, but I do have one question. Are you breastfeeding? If you are, then you are probably in a low estrogen state which can cause dryness, irritation, and sensitivity down there. I found that once I stopped breastfeeding and resumed my normal cycles, my vagina and perineum felt much better. Sorry I cannot help more. Good luck to you.
