*Very Depressed,...Not wanting to deal with this anymore!* Split post..From: anonymous@obgyn.netSat, 14 Sep 2002 05:12:09 -0500 (CDT)
Hello, I'm 24 with a 9 month old...First child... Normal birth with no problems..That I know of..I have a few questions.. I was on pit for 16 1/2 hours, I pushed for 2 1/2 hours, My son crowned about 35 minutes.. I had a "2" degree episiotomy and I did tear inside some.. #1.. Is it normal to let a baby crown for that period of time? #2.. I was VERY swollen in my vag area for a long period of time even before he started crowning...Is it normal/common for a woman to do that? Also i'm taking Paxil 20mg for my depression that i have fell into going through this.. Now it seems as if it's not working? What should I do? I'm trying to find out why I have so many problems and not having any of this before childbirth; problems with my perineum, hymenal ring, why i'm lacking a blood source to my hymenal ring and a few other things.. Please go see my "Second Post".. I ran out of room..
