They are quite painful, I am a wreck, and intercourse is a problem. The pain occurs after ovulation. I had PID when I was younger, leading to infertility, scarred tubes, adhesions etc. I had an ectopic pregancy 10 years ago. I had two failed courses of IVF, both times I hyperstimulated to the tune of 50+ follicles. I have two questions. First, could the cysts be related to the prior hyperstimulation?
