I certainly know what you are going through, as this has been happening
to me for over a year now!!!!
The Dr. will do a pelvic. S/he may order some blood work to see what
your hormones are doing.
If things seem to check out okay, the Dr. may want to try birth control
pills to see if that helps to regulate your cycle, or even Provera or
something similar for the same purpose (but not together).
Do keep the appt. regardless of the bleeding. you can still be
examined.
