HIV rape

I posted a message before but never saw it so I will try again. About 7 weeks ago I was met a man that I communicated with via internet for over 1 year. We met for drinks and went back to my house to talk and nightcap...I am sure he slipped something in my drink because I became very sleepy and unable to control my body. I have very vague memories but I am positive he had sex with me. This probably lasted off and on for up to 3-4 hours intermittently from what I can remember. I did report this and got tested for all STD's which were negative at 1 month post possible exposure. They have been unable as of yet to trace this person so I dont know who he really is or his risk of having HIV. I am very frightened and feel very stupid for falling for the while "internet preditor" thing. I do not believe he ejaculated inside me because upon coming back around to waking state I found nothing so it is preseminal fluids that I am more worried about. I have no idea if condoms were used but there were no empty wrappers anywhere around. It is very frustrating because my memory is so fuzzy and vague and am sooo scared that I cant even sleep at night. I took a home HIV test which was negative at about 6 weeks after this incident happened. Can I rely at all on these results for peace of mind? Thank you for your time...
