[Birth Control] Thyroid Problems & Wanting Baby - Pls Help

I have recently been to my doctor and he ran some blood tests to ensure that my blood levels at this stage are normal (I have a multinodular thyroid).

These were my results:

TSH - 0.3 - 4.0 Free T4 - 10.0 - 23.2 Free T3 - 3.5 - 6.5

I am scared out of brains. I want to start a family in the new year. My doctor has not put me on any medication and wants to review me again in December. I am apparently clinically euthyroid.

Are these blood levels enough to get pregnant and sustain a healthy pregnancy? My doctor says that there are 3 options - surgery before pregnancy, monitor progress or begin a trial of thyroxine suppresion.

Please give me your input. I really want to get pregnant soon.
