Lately, after the usual painful orgasm, I have had a dull throbing ache in my lower right portion of my abdomen that lasts for a day or so. I am not having sex right now so I am unable to say if I have pain during intercourse. What could this be? I have symptoms of endometriosis but have not had a lap to confirm.
