I had an abdominal Burch, paravaginal and posterior repair a year ago and since have had chronic pelvic pain after intercourse and on sitting. I had an MRI last week and it showed surgical material ie sutures in the posterior repair that have not dissolved. When might they dissolve if they haven't after a year?
