Which product helped to alleviate your hot flashes? I prefer to use as
few products as possible (actually this question is for my mother as she
is suffering with hot flashes since she quit her premarin). Again, I
would prefer she take as few herbs/etc. as possible? Am I to assume
that the hot flashes continued until you finally began using the Black
Cohash?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Three of these you can guess is for the menopause symptoms. Can anyone tell me if there would be any interaction with the Synthyroid and the other herbals for menopause. I doubt there would be interaction with the Avonex.. thank you... Cindy K.
