I too have had vaginal dryness with any sort of hormonal contraceptive.
I recently got an IUD, and it seems to increase my vaginal secretions
(mucousy) making sex easier. My IUD is a copper one, paragard. Probably
the hormonal kind, mirena would thicken the mucous and maybe cause
dryness? If you are in a monogamous, stable relationship, maybe you
should consider switching to an IUD. Ask your doc. Just be sure to
specify copper, instead of hormonal.
