cervical cancerFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netTue, 27 Aug 2002 22:31:04 -0500 (CDT)
My name is Tammy. I got diagnosed with non-invasive cervical cancer on the surface. I had a cone done 4 months ago and just got my pap. My doc says she can't see my cervix because there is too much scar tissue from my surgery. My question is that my pap still came back with A typical squamous cells and she was going to do another colposcopy but is going to wait until Oct. when my next three month check up is due. Should I be waiting or is it normal as she says for these cells to turn up after a cone? Thanks
-- Tammy
