---- Yes, it is a painful process and oftentimes the muscles in my abdomen will not finally truly relax for hours after the spasms stop. I have researched vainismus and wonder a bit about the idea because it is not hard at all for me to use a tapon or even have my husband enter, it seems that the tightness I feel after the spasms is more like vaginismus than when something actually enters my body. Are there any close relatives to vaginismus that you know of?
