Yes, being overweight can affect your fertility, and age is a factor too. Facial hair does not always indicate a fertilty problem . You would need to be seen by a doctor for hormone testing. If you don't conceive in a year, you and your husband would both be tested for infertility. You'll have to get over your self consciousness and see a doctor. Also, you mention you have no income, so probably no insurance either. Fertility treatments are expensive and so is raising a child.
