Hi:

I had some stomach upset when I was on a higher dose of Prometrium (300 mg - 10 days a month). The doctor then placed me on a daily dose of Prometrium of 100 mg and I had stomach upset for a week or so and then it went away. You may want to tell your Doc about this and maybe he/she can alter the dose OR maybe the stomach upset will go away on its own as your body adjusts. Good luck.
