The pain is mostly in the left side, but occasionly on the right. It's a stabbing pain. The pain is not constant or severe ,but it's starting to concern me. My lower back,hip and left leg also hurt, but I just started an exercise routine. I'm 23, on birth control (lo ovral). My last two periods have been pretty normal except I had just a little more cramping. I've read about ovarian cysts and my symptoms kind of go along with that , but I thought you couldn't get ovarian cysts while on birth control. Any help would be appreciated.
