I shave regularly, and recently have begun getting little itchy bumps. They are very similar to the ones that can form under my arms if I shave too often. Is this the most likely expaination or should I be concerned? I'm always very careful with sex, so I'm really doubting its anything like an STD. All the same, I wanted someone's opinion.
