Hi Shellye, I am not a doctor just a women who has had a large dermoid tumor of the ovary removed. I too had elevated CA-125 when I had the tumor. CA-125 is Often elevated with non cancerous conditions of the ovary. However the only definitive way to know is when they remove your tumor. Good luck.
