Cenestin

I recently had a total hysterectomy (I am 33 y/o), and was initially started on Premarin. I talked with my OB/GYN about an alternative today, because my grandmother and aunt both died of breast cancer. He changed my ERT to Cenestin. I researched a little about the Cenestin, and read that it is not used long term. At my age, don't I need to be on a hormone long term? And, I also read it doesn't help with the prevention of osteoporosis. What is the use in taking this if it isn't going to help me? Thanks for any replies!
