thyroidFor more information on symptoms and treatment of endometriosis visit www.EndometriosisZONE.org. From: Lisa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 22 Aug 2002 13:25:55 -0500 (CDT)
I have had several different things going on with me over the last few months (leaving me feeling like a hypochondriac)....weight gain, tiredness, headaches, moodiness, irregular cycles to name a few. I had blood work done back in June, and my TSH levels were supposedly "normal". Today I found out my result was 5.45, and they usually consider meds at 5.5! I had another test done and will have the result in a day or so. Do you believe a number such as my previous one indicates medication is needed? I don't wish to have a problem...but with the symptoms I have experienced, it certainly would make sense. should I get another opinion? Thanks
