You don't mention when you last had a PAP but you should get one anyway once a year whether you have typical risk factors or not. You should know that 85% of the population has HPV so there's a good chance you have it already. Remember, only a SMALL percentage of women with HPV get cervical cancer. Also remember that you can get cervical cancer and not have HPV. One important thing you can do is not smoke.
