I posted a repost saying I was sorry for responding (dummy me, I didn't see the Drs only), but I don't see my sorry post yet. My appologies.

I replied re: the ERT, because if you were on ERT, the dosage might have been too low. I watched a news documentary here in Canada about a month ago concerning high levels of progesterone. The story concerned those taking progesterone via prescription pills or cream - prescribed usually for loss of libido or atrophy issues. One of the main side effects listed were symptoms similar to yours. I'm no Dr, but if you haven't had your hormone levels checked since these symptoms began, it might be worth a try. Please don't be shy to discuss this with your Dr - I think this may happen more often than we are aware.
