[Birth Control]From: Kim (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 12 Aug 2002 11:16:25 -0500
I am 32 years old . After having my gallbladder removed it seems I'm having a hard time finding a birth control pill. I just quit taking Yasmin after 2 mos because of spots in my vision, dizziness to the point of staggering. I was on ortho-novum for 10 yrs till the gallbladder thing and had breakthrough bleeding. Tried Desogen and had my teeth rotting, weight gain; Estrostep 30 lb weight gain (retain water), got pregnant on levlites; are birth control pills over for me? Couldn't do depo-provera shots either (bleeding). Would the mini pill work? It seems my Dr. won't take the time to find a different formula for me. He gives me what ever samples he has.
