Question re: thyroid medication and pregnancy

I do intent to direct this to my dr on Wednesday but perhaps you could shed some early light for me.

History: M/C in December 2001 first pregnancy (Cause???) Shortly after began having trouble with thyroid. Had bloodwork done and was hypothyoid. Am now FINALLY stabablized on medication (Leevothyroxine) My last blood test for checking thyroid levels was in May and dr said that the dose I was on was in the higher range of normal meaning that I was slightly on the hyperthyroid side. But the effects I was feeling on the lower dose made me absolutely depressed and miserable. He said that when I conceived again, my levels should fall into normal range. He said he would run the in depth count once pregnancy test came back positive. I get results tomorrow although I am certain it will be positive (second blood test....first one positive)

QUestion: For the last three days I have been zonked. Sometimes I am so tired to the point that I almost feel like I have a body buzz from being so sleepy. I have slept 10 hrs a night and cant seem to get enough. Im usually in bed by midnight and up at seven but in the last few days, I am in bed by 930 and up at 800 some mornings. COuld this just be due to early pregnancy or should I be more worried about thyroid??? Is it okay or will there be any harm in waiting until my appt with Dr this coming wednesday. I have read what an out of whack thyroid can do to a fetus. (I'm only just over two weeks from conception) so could it be JUST pregnancy???

thanks for helpin (petrified of another miscarrage)
