You can have certain hormone level tests done (FSH, LH, estrogen, progesterone are the core tests) that will be of some help, but not completely definitive. If motherhood is a "must do" for you, I wouldn't wait any longer. My blood tests and a dye study said all was fine for me, but a RE did an ultrasound and told me that even though my levels were fine, I appeared to be running out of useful eggs. At 35, time is a big factor for you as fertility begins its decline at age 27!
