Lapidus M.D.: "Re: female jock itch" my boyfriend had a serious case of athlets foot and jock itch. i walk to school in the sun and i do sweat down there. i noticed a burning itching sensation near my anus and saw little cuts. they looked like a chapping. they burnt when i urinated. as time went on i started seeing pimples around my buttocks and swelling near my labia. i waited to the worst to get a over the counter cream. i started to use a anti fungal cream called lotrimin. my cuts have long dissapeared the itching is minimal and pimples are starting to fade, but now i am starting to smell a sour smell from my discharge. is this a reaction from my cream or a yeast infection? and was what i had really jock itch?
