Post-op bleeding. What to do?

I had a partial hysterectomy 1 1/2 years ago and they left the left ovary. On June 25th I had the ovary removed. 2 weeks post-op still haveing pelvic and abdominal pain, and painfull urination. A sono showed a 7cm area of blood in the cul-de-sac of the pelvis. The doc waited another week to see if it would reabsorb, since she felt it was blood that probably seeped after the surgery. There was a "BLEEDER" she said during the surgery, but was fixed before closing the incisions. I became really anemic and now thaking 1050mg of iron a day.Sent for another procedure to drain the blood from pelvis July 18th-3 1/2 weeks after surgery. Was told it wouldn't come back. Still continued to have pelvic and abdomial pain, and painful urination. Sent for another sono -the cul-de-sac was full again of blood, and a new area infront of the bladder was now collecting blood. Have been on antibiotics for 5 weeks now, the latest round includes Flagyl, and Levoquin. She said these were for preventive measures. She wants to wait another 2 weeks and rescan to see if the blood stops, and reabsorbs. Is this a reasonable course of treatment? She continues to have me take Darvocet for the pain. I am worried that I am still bleeding obviously from somewhere in the pelvis, but she is reluctant to go in again because of the possibilty of a bleeding disorder. I took the PTT, and a bleeding time to see if there was one and they all came back normal. She still wants to wait. Should I, or is this something that needs to be taken care of? Its already been over 5 weeks since the surgery. any advice would be appreciated.
