Confusing QuestionFrom: Kelly (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 Jul 2002 21:29:01 -0500 (CDT)
I was on birth control from the age of 14-22. My husband and I decided to start trying to conceive so we decided to stop using birth control pills 6 months before trying, to make sure the baby wouldn't have any affects from the pill. The first time we tried(year ago), we conceived and miscarried 5 weeks along. We tried again but after my miscarriageI was not regular so I went on the birth control pills again suggested by doctor. The doctor told me that when I became regular stop the pills and try right away. What I was wondering was since I never had a real period without pills or after affects of miscarriage, is it normal to have pains in the lower part of the stomach? Right now I was suppose to have my period since the 29th but since the 29th all I have is lower stomach pains, especially when I am pushing a cart in the mall or walking any distance. I don't have as much pain(just a little ache) when sitting or lying down. PS: I have a tilted uterus Sorry so long, just wanted you to have all the information. Thank you in advance.
