Hi. Not on the pill. Haven't been in years. Just always had a very good sense of when I ovulate. And lately its been wonky. Too short between, too long... and each month lately a migraine two days post ovulation. Doc thinks i did not ovulate a few months back (april) and it will all straighten out. I use natural progesterone for pms (yes, it works for me!) but wonder how it plays in to this little hormonal symphony.
